Vib Best Western Springfield

Can't recommend highly enough for a short-term stay

Comfortable beds, perfect location, the staff was accommodating, made our mini birthday trip extra special with a thoughtful goodie bag for my friend.

All was wonderful.

We had a good time in this hip new hotel in Springfield. The restaurant had EXCELLENT food, loved it.

The location was marvellous in a nice area, really close to most central Springfield attractions and the availability of free bottled waters and shopping centers and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed rooms with comfortable beds and linens.

great location but needs better amenities

The hotel has a modern look that we appreciated. We also loved the convenient location, close to our favorite Springfield cashew chicken place and other attractions.

The handheld showers need improvement.

The King Room we stayed in was cozy, and we loved the convenience of a fridge and microwave. They had a chill lounge area and a neat little cafe for quick snacks. The TV could use an upgrade, but overall, we had a great time 😊

The minimalist vibe was refreshing! The all-glass shower was a unique twist, and the comfortable bed felt heavenly. Plus, the coffee from the lobby cafe was a morning lifeline!

Vib Best Western was great with a modern vibe and plush beds that ensured a restful sleep. The staff's warmth created an inviting atmosphere, although the noise from the street was a slight downside. A good stay reflecting quality and style.

The location on sunshine street was perfect, with easy access to family-friendly spots. Our room was modern and very clean. The keurig coffee maker was a lovely touch for us coffee lovers. The staff were pleasant and provided great service.

Staying here was fun with live music and happy hour in the evenings. The walls are quite thin, making it hard to sleep peacefully.

The room was very clean and modern. The Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch for my morning routine. The staff were cute and helpful . I enjoyed the comfortable beds for a good night's sleep ☕
